Tamara
RDA – Treatment Manager

Tamara is originally from Indian Head, Saskatchewan. She has lived in Alberta since 2004, spending time in Red Deer, Ft. McMurray and Edmonton. Tamara has been part of the North Central Dental family since 2010. She enjoys spending her time outdoors with her Family.

Lynn
RDA – Dental Assistant

Lynn has been a team member at North Central Dental since 2013. She has been married to her husband Scott for 32 years and together they have two grown children, David and Terri-Lynn. Lynn’s beloved family pet is Mocha, who is a 13 year old Shih Tzu. Lynn and her family love to travel, especially to the mountains where they often stay in Canmore, AB. They enjoy the beautiful walking trails in the picturesque Rocky Mountains and they love dining at the local Canmore restaurants, especially when it’s patio season.

Stephanie
RDA – Dental Assistant

Stephanie was born and raised in southern Alberta and she came to Edmonton in 2018 to get her Dental Assisting diploma. She is now a proud RDA and Edmontonian. She started working at North Central Dental in January 2022. When she isn’t talking teeth she loves exploring the river valley and checking out all Edmonton has to offer for food and festivals.

Julia
RDA – Dental Assistant

Julia was born in Poland and immigrated to Canada at 11. Edmonton will always be home but a sunny beach would be just as great. Julia is a mother of 3 and that is her favourite job aside from being in a chair next to her patients. She prides herself in taking great care of patients and her calling is to put dental nerves at ease with jokes that are not the funniest, but they work. An avid hiker and snowboarder in her spare time also loves cooking and took up a hobby of singing in a local band.

Zohreh
RDA – Dental Assistant

Zohreh joined North Central Dental in November 2022. She graduated from KDM in September 2021. Zohreh is happily married and has two daughters. She is a foodie and loves to cook. Zohreh enjoys working out, doing activities with her daughters and her guilty pleasure is watching reality shows.

Michelle
RDH – Dental Hygienist

Michelle is originally from the East Coast. She graduated from Dental Hygiene at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Her gentle touch, attention to detail and enthusiasm has brought excellent patient care and teamwork at North Central Dental since 2007. She keeps busy with her three children Reese, Lily and Ryerson who are actively involved in Cheerleading, Ringette and Hockey. As a family and with their Bernese Mountain Dog they enjoy camping, hiking and snowboarding in the mountains.

Leah
RDH – Dental Hygienist

Leah graduated with Distinction from the Dental Hygiene program at the University of Alberta in 1993, and has been with North Central Dental ever since. She enjoys providing an excellent standard of care to our patients while maintaining a family friendly atmosphere. Leah is married with one son. She enjoys watching her son play minor hockey and other sports, playing with her dog, renovations, golfing and spending time with family and friends.

Kara
RDH – Dental Hygienist

Kara graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at the University of Alberta in 2012, and joined the North Central Dental family shortly thereafter.When she is not at work, Kara enjoys spending time at the parks with her dog, Winston, and hanging out with her four cats: Kally, Kona and Mr. Kaiser and Sven.

Jo-Anne
RDH – Dental Hygienist

Jo-Anne graduated with distinction from the Dental Hygiene Program at the University of Alberta in 1993, and has been with North Central Dental ever since. She lives on an acreage with a menagerie of animals including 12 horses. Jo-Anne has three sons and two granddaughters whom she loves spending time with. During the summer she enjoys relaxing at inB.C., enjoying the sunshine and the beach at Christina Lake.

Lisa
RDH – Dental Hygienist

Lisa graduated with a BSc in Human Ecology from the University of Alberta in 2005 and Dental Hygiene in 2010.  Lisa has been with North Central Dental since July 2022.  Lisa likes shopping, painting, pottery and going on walks with her dog, Oakley.

Sheryl
Hygiene Coordinator

Sheryl started working at North Central Dental in 1987 and has filled many roles at the office and is currently our hygiene coordinator. When not at work she enjoys drawing and painting, staying fit and riding her horse. Sheryl has one grown daughter, Kelsey.  For Sheryl NCD has been and continues to be a great place to work, what she likes best is saying that ‘our patients are treated like family’.

Danielle
Financial Coordinator

Danielle has been with North Central Dental since 2008. In her spare time she enjoys spending time outdoors and travelling with her husband and children Taylor, Mason, and Avery. They are looking forward to purchasing their first home later this year.

Kerri
Patient Care Coordinator

Kerri is a former RDA that made the choice to move into an administrative role within the dental field and she has been very happy with that decision. Kerri has been apart of the North Central Dental team since April 2019. During her time off she enjoys hosting her weekly karaoke show and having sleepover nights with her granddaughter. Kerri loves spending as much time with her family along with her dog Maverick and parrot Kiki.

Kelly
Treatment Coordinator

Kelly graduated from NAIT’s Dental Assisting Program in 1999 and has been working at North Central Dental ever since. She got married in 2006 to Scott and has two boys Tyler and Zachary. In the winters she spends many hours at the hockey rinks watching her boys play hockey and in the spring, she is at the ball diamonds and soccer fields. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She made a number of trips to the mountains during Covid but can’t wait to be able travel to a warmer place very soon.
